Day 01 DELHI – INDORE

Fly to Indore. Upon arrival at Indore airport, meet our representative who will assist you with the check-in process of your already booked hotel.

Day 02 INDORE

After breakfast start the sightseeing tour of Indore. We will pay a visit to places such as Chhatris, Mahatma Gandhi Hall, KanchMandir, Lal Bagh Palace, Nehru Park and Indore Museum. Later in the evening, we may visit the Rajasthan a famous heritage resort located in Indore’s outskirts i.e. ChokhiDhani. The resort is regarded as an ideal place to witness and experience the rich heritage and culture of Rajasthan. Thereafter, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03 INDORE – OMKARESHWAR – MAHESHWAR – MANDU

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for Mandu via Omkareshwar and Maheshwar famous Hindu temples. Thereafter, we will continue our journey to reach our final destination i.e. Mandu. On arrival at Mandu, check in at your already booked hotel and enjoy dinner followed by an overnight stay.
Omkareshwar is one of the twelve Jyotirlingams of Lord Shiva. One can see the temple of Shri OmkarMandhata, the temple of Gauri Somnath and Siddhnath temple here along with the huge Nandi bull engraved over the hillside opposite of the temple of Gauri Somnath. Maheshwar town too is blessed with some of the major Hindu temples including Jaleshwar temple, the Rajarajeswara temple and Ahilyeshwar temple.

Day 04 MANDU

Today, we will start our day a bit early and enjoy an early morning breakfast. Thereafter, we will leave to explore the Bagh Caves, these nine caves are famous for its paintings which closely resembles to those found in Ajanta caves. Later, in the afternoon, we will explore the town and visit the Hindola Mahal, Jahaz Mahal, RewaKund and Rupmati Pavilion. Afterwards, we will return back to the hotel for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 05 MANDU

After breakfast, proceed to Bhopal via Ujjain to visit Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, GomtiKund, Bhartruhari Caves, Gopal Mandir, the Kaliadeh Palace and Chaubis Khamba Temple. Thereafter, we will continue our journey to Bhopal. On reaching Bhopal, check at your pre-booked hotel and rest for some time. Thereafter, we will proceed for local sightseeing of Bhopal and explore the splendid city of Nawabs. We will be visiting some of the major attractions of Bhopal which includes the name such as Lakshmi Narayan temple, Moti Masjid, Rastriya Manav Sangrahalaya, Shaukat Mahal, Bharat Bhavan, Upper Lake and Lower Lake. Later, return to the hotel for a night stay.
Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh state of India, is well known as the “City of Lakes” for its various artificial as well as natural lakes. It is one of the greenest cities in India. The city portrays a perfect blend of modern urban planning, scenic beauty and old historic values.

Day 06 BHOPAL – SANCHI – BHOPAL

After breakfast leave for a day trip to Sanchi, a renowned Buddhist pilgrimage site. Sanchi is a famous world heritage site that is known for housing the stupas that contain leftovers of Buddha. Some of the popular tourist destinations of Sanchi include Ashoka Pillar, Great stupa, Temple 17, stupa 3 and Mauryan apsidal. In addition, one can also visit Temple 40 in the southern part of Sanchi and temple 45 in the eastern part of Sanchi. The great stupa in Sanchi was specially made by Emperor Ashoka. Later in the evening, we will return to our hotel in Bhopal for an overnight stay.

Day 07  BHOPALSANCHI – BHIMBETKA – BHOJPUR – BHOPAL

After breakfast a day tour to Bhimbetka and Bhojpur. After exploring these two amazing places, we will return back to our hotel in Bhopal for dinner followed for an overnight stay.
Bhimbetka rock shelter is an archaeological site of the Paleolithic, displaying the original traces of human life on the Indian subcontinent, and thus the beginning of the South Asian Stone Age. In 2003, these caves were declared as a World Heritage Site. Nested in the foothills of the Vindhyan Mountains, the five clusters of natural caves showcase paintings which appear to date from the Mesolithic Period. Bhojpur is a popular town in Raisen District of Madhya Pradesh acknowledged for its religious and historical significance.

Day 08 BHOPAL – PACHMARHI

Today after breakfast, we will leave for Pachmarhi by road. On reaching Pachmarhi, check in at your already hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure. During your free time, relax at hotel. Pachmarhi is located at a height of 1,067 feet in a valley of the Satpura Range in Hoshangabad district, also known as Satpuraki Rani. It is a popular hill station of Madhya Pradesh state and is blessed with many beautiful ancient caves and monuments.

Day 09 PACHMARHI

After breakfast, we will proceed for Pachmarhi’s sightseeing tour and cover Pandava caves, Chauragarh Peak, HandiKhoh, ApsaraVihar, Jata Shankar Caves, Bee Fall, Duchess Fall and Mahadeo hill. Also, we will pay a visit to the Priyadarshini Point that offers stunning views of the entire Pachmarhi town from its top. Thereafter, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10 PACHMARHI – KANHA NATIONAL PARK

Today, we will leave early in the morning for the Kanha National Park. On arrival at the Kanha National Park, we will check in at our already booked wildlife resort. Rest for some time and thereafter, we will leave to explore the rich flora and fauna of the park. Later in the evening, we will enjoy bird watching and see some of the beautiful and lesser seen birds that are worth watching and knowing. Later, we will return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
The Kanha National Park is one of the famous national parks in India that are regarded as a paradise for wildlife and nature lovers. The park offers shelter to a large variety of fauna and is acknowledged for the swamp deer.

Day 11 KANHA NATIONAL PARK

We will start our day quite early in the morning to enjoy morning jeep safari in the Kanha National Park and see the wildlife at its best. The jeep safari is indeed one of the best ways of exploring the park and allows visitors to witness each and every area which is otherwise difficult. After enjoying our morning jeep ride, we will return back to the hotel for lunch. Thereafter, we will leave for evening jeep safari, which is completely different from the experience you had in the morning. After completing your evening safari, return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.

12 KANHA – BANDHAVGARH

Today after breakfast in the resort, we will leave to visit Bandhavgarh. On arrival at Bandhavgarh, check in at the resort and rest for some while before heading to the Bandhavgarh fort for exploring its historic significance. Thereafter, we will visit the Baghel Museum, which still conserves the private stuff of the Maharaja of Rewa. We will also visit the Tala village, which is flourishing with natural landscapes and has many mud houses. Later in the evening, we will return to the resort for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 13 BANDHAVGARH NATIONAL PARK

We will head for a day tour to the Bandhavgarh National Park after breakfast in the morning. It is a small national park with high density of tiger. In the Bandhavgarh National Park, we will enjoy jeep safari as per our preferences and discover the natural beauty of park along with its wild animals. After completely the jungle safari, we will return back to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 14 BANDHAVGARH – CHITRAKOOT

In the morning after breakfast, proceed to Chitrakoot. Arrive and check into hotel. Chitrakoot, a holy place famous both for its natural scenery and its sacred legacy. Chitrakoot was the abode of Lord Ram, his spouse Sita and brother Lakshman during their exile for about eleven and a half years. It is a town of religious, cultural, historical and archaeological importance. Enjoy sightseeing at Chitrakoot.

Day 15 CHITRAKOOT – KHAJURAHO

After breakfast leave for Khajuraho. Arrive by afternoon and check into hotel. P.M. sightseeing Including the Western Group of Khajuraho which comprise of 14 gorgeous temples, including Matangesvara, Chaunsath Yogini, KandariyaMahadeo, Varaha, Parvati, Lalguan Mahadev, Lakshmana, and Nandi, Chitragupta Devi and Jagdamba. Overnight at hotel.

Day 16 KHAJURAHO

Morning Tour Panna National Park near the Ken River with its deep gorges, tranquil valley and dense teak forests. you could sight tigers and panthers along with herds of chinkara, sambar and several other wildlife species. Afternoon is at leisure or hire a cycle and go around the village on your own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 17 KHAJURAHO – ORCHHA

After breakfast, drive to Orchcha. Arrive and check into hotel. P.M. local sightseeing in Orchha covering Chhatris, the Laxmi Narayan temple the Chandreshekhar Azad Memorial, Raja Mahal and Dauji Ki Haveli.

Day 18 ORCHHA BARWA SAGAR – THE TEMPLE JARAI KA MATH – MADKHERA-MADANPUR – LALITPUR (140 kms)

After breakfast leave for BarwaSagar, a small village on the Betwa river where was dug an artificial lake (Sagar) by Raja Udit Singh Bundela Orchha in the early eighteenth century, lake overlooked by a fort which was the stake of the war between Marathes and Bundela in 1744. A little further, the Jarai-ka-Math temple, dedicated to Shiva and Parvati, was built in 860 by the Pratihara. The lintel of the portal and the walls of the temple are adorned with magnificent sculptures announcing the Chandela art of Khajuraho. Continue south to Madkhera where stands a small temple dedicated to Surya, the Sun, contemporary of the previous. After a lunch in a local restaurant in Tikamgarh (own cost)  stop and quick visit of the temple of Umri (about 820-830), also dedicated to Surya, then continuation in a region of hills towards Madanpur, old big center jain (still in activity) where There are three temples (small approach steps) and the memory of two warrior heroes, Alha and Udal. In the late afternoon, drive to Lalitpur. Arrive and check into hotel in Lalitpur by late evening. Overnight at hotel.

Day 19 LALITPUR – CHANDERI (70 kms)

After breakfast drive to Chanderi.  Arrive and check into hotel. Today we explore north of Chanderi where many villages retain evidence of the architectural fervor that manifested itself in central India between the eighth and eleventh centuries, and especially in this region in the eleventh century during the reign of the Kachchhapaghata dynasty. Visit Kadwaha, a big village which was, with Ranod, the center of the ascetic Siva Shivaite Mattamayura, whose influence on the architecture and the iconography marked the programs of construction of the last monarchs Pratihara, Kachchhapaghata and the first Kalachuri . The Mattamayura are one of the few sects in India to have built real monasteries. Kadwaha has about fifteen temples, some of which retain a rich and beautiful iconography. The imposing monastery preserves a courtyard surrounded by a beautiful colonnade. Continuation towards Ranod where another interesting monastery is subdued, then continuation to the villages of Terahi, Mahua and Sesai which, each, shelters small temples dedicated to deities Shaivites, but also to the Sun. Small steps will be needed to reach the temples. Return in the late afternoon to Chanderi. Overnight at hotel.

Day 21 CHANDERI – via SHIVPURI (the cenotapf of MadhavraoScindia) – GWALIOR

Today we explore more of Chanderi, a sleepy little town that keeps an atmosphere still marked by its glorious past. Because of its history, its heritage is shared between Hindu and Muslim monuments. Visit of the fortress: bastions, towers, palaces, etc., Joharsmarak (place of collective sacrifice of women in 1528) and temple in Jageshwari (beautiful flight of steps). Also visit the Gate of the Badal Palace, reception pavilion built in 1450 by Sultan Mahmud ShâhKhilji, the Great Mosque (Jama masjid), the small mosque of the Pearl (Moti Masjid) slightly away from the city , of the beautiful tomb Shâhi-ki-Rauza, a memory of an unhappy love story because of a jealous father, of the Royal Madrasa (Shâhi madrasa, 1450), of the temple in Lakshman at the edge of the Parameshwar basin where King Kirti Pal was treated with leprosy from the Koshak Palace (1445), which commemorated a victory against the Sharki Sultanate of Jaunpur, the Ghati Monumental Gate that marked the border between the Malwa and the Bundelkhand, the two neighboring palaces Raja Mahal and Rani Mahal and Museum which have three sections, one devoted to the prehistory of the region, one to Jainism and one to the Vishnu statuary. By afternoon proceed to Gwalior via Shivpuri. Arrive by evening and check into hotel.

Day 21 GWALIOR

Morning Drive To Chambal river for Safari and enjoy The river safari is a unique experience, unlike anything on the Indian wildlife circuit. The boat ride on the calm waters of the Chambal, combined with the dramatic landscape and close-up views of the amazing abundance of wildlife are the highlights of the river safari. The National Chambal Sanctuary is home to the Gharial, the rare and highly endangered Gangetic Dolphin, Marsh Crocodiles (Muggers), eight species of Turtles, Smooth Coated Otters, Indian Striped Hyenas, Jungle Cats, Golden Jackals, Indian Wolves and foxes amongst others. A birdwatcher’s paradise, the sanctuary currently boasts of over 316 species of resident and migratory birds including large nesting colonies of the Indian Skimmer, the Greater Thick-knee, the Small Pratincole and Lapwings Back in Gwalior
We will first head toward the Gwalior Fort, the largest fort of India. It is India’s one of the largest forts build in 8th century by Man Singh Tomar. Thereafter, we will explore the beautiful Jai Vilas Palace, TeliKaMandir, Man Mandir Palace, Padavali temple, SurajKund and the Bateshwar valley.

Day 22 GWALIOR – DELHI – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, leave for Delhi.
